Amberely House

Boasting views of the water and across parkland to Mt Wellington, Amberley House offers elegant accommodation and wonderful service. All guest rooms have ensuites and are beautifully presented. The Suite has a sunroom, private balcony and spa bath.

Set in large grounds bordering Queenborough Park, this grand 1890's mansion is opposite the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania, Casino and Convention Centre. Located just five minutes from the CBD, it is the ideal place from which to explore beautiful Hobart.

All rooms have queen size beds. Some of the rooms within Amberley House have bay windows with water or garden views. Our Classic Rooms have private ensuites, TV, mini-bar and tea and coffee making facilities.

Our Spa Rooms have private ensuites, TV, mini-bar and tea and coffee making facilities.  They also have a corner spa suitable for two and mountain views.

Our Suite has a private ensuite with spa bath, TV, mini-bar and tea and coffee making facilities.  It also has a separate sunroom with views across Queensborough Park to Mt Wellington and a private balcony with water views.

We also offer a fully self-sufficient one-bedroom apartment with full kitchen, allowing you to create your own lavish meals from Tassie's finest produce. Guests have access to a dining and lounge room in which to enjoy a complimentary glass of port whilst listening to a wonderful collection of CD’s, reading a great book or magazine or playing chess.

A gourmet continental breakfast incorporating fine Tasmanian produce, espresso coffee and homemade bread is included.
