Gipsy Point Lodge
Gipsy Point Lodge is a small guest house situated at the junction of the Genoa and Wallagaraugh Rivers at the head of Mallacoota Inlet and 20k from Mallacoota, in Victoria, Australia. Surrounded by the Croajingolong National Park and the waterways, the lodge has a feeling of remoteness that belies its proximity to Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney. If rest and relaxation is what you are looking for, this is your destination.
The Lodge is in the furthest corner of the renowned East Gippsland Wilderness Coast and provides a comfortable home base for access to a remarkable diversity of environments - the forests, rivers, lakes and coastline. The area is still as nature designed it - unspoiled and famous for its beauty and serenity. The rivers and the inlet are noted for their excellent bream fishing. You can hire a boat at The Lodge to fish or explore this tranquil river.
The Gipsy Point Lodge has seven guest house rooms and three self contained cottages accommodating up to 25 guests. Rooms are large, comfortable with en-suite and queen or twin beds.
All guests have full use of the extensive gardens and tennis court as well as the Lodge's jetties and boat launching ramp.
Restaurant - enjoy fine dining Recommended in "The Age Good Food Guide". Meals are inclusive for our guesthouse patrons. The restaurant also welcomes our cottage guests and visitors by arrangement at $55 per person
Boat Hire
The Lodge has a row boats and canoe for guests use at no charge. A number of 4.8 metre launches are available for hire to guests for fishing or cruising the beautiful and peaceful waterways.
Inboard diesels - $75 per day (including fuel)
Discounts of 10% for hire of four or more days.

Tariffs
Full Guest House Accommodation includes : dinner, bed, breakfast. Guests staying more than one night are provided with a picnic or barbecue lunch every day except on the days of arrival and departure. The comfortable lounge and dining room include a licensed bar providing guests with a full range of drinks at reasonable prices. Guestrooms are air-conditioned, with en-suites and are fully serviced each day.

Self-Contained Cottages :
Three self-contained cottages are available for rent. These spacious and well-appointed cottages are completely self-contained, including bed linen and towels. Evening meals are available in the Lodge restaurant by prior arrangement (three courses for $55 per person). Guests have free use of the Lodge's jetties and boat launching ramp, gardens and tennis court.
Whipbird Cottage
A spacious two-bedroom cottage with one queen and three single beds, accommodating four to five, with a separate lounge and kitchenette.

Mulloway Cottage
Two bedrooms, air conditioned, accommodating up to four, in a queen and two single beds. Alternatively, the cottage can be fitted with one bedroom and a lounge room.

Chief Engineer's Residence
A comfortable one bedroom cottage for two or three with a queen and a single bed, and a spacious kitchenette and balcony overlooking the gardens.

Discount of 10% for rentals of three to six nights,
and 15% for seven nights plus.
Minimum cottage booking is 2 nights.
