Awake to the sound of Kookaburras and the most gorgeous sunrises on this magnificent 5 acre, private and secluded property with magnificent views over the Valley. Located next to the Silvan Dam this property offers natural forest and gardens with many secluded areas to get away from it all. Walking trails abound if you wish to just wander in peace and quiet and you may spot a rabbit, fox or kangaroo. You will see an abundance of birdlife and beautiful flora and when in season pick your own Chestnuts and Walnuts for roasting.

On a clear night lay back and disappear into the cosmos of bright stars and constellations.

A fabulous log homestead nestles on the slope with all bedrooms facing the Eastern sunrises and overlooking the valley. All rooms are very spacious, warm, clean and comfortable(and affordable), with private entrances and parking. This is the perfect place for lovers of all ages.

In close proximity are Wineries, Restaurants, Trout and Tulip farms, market gardens, and towns of Olinda , Sassafras, Belgrave, and Monbulk.

Your hosts, Nic and Lisa are mindful of your privacy but more than happy to assist – just ask.

All rooms are spacious, well appointed and portray an easy and relaxed romantic setting facing the views with separate entrances and parking.

Burgundy Room

A large and spacious area with Queen bed,Lounge area,TV/DVD,Sunken corner
spa,Ensuite and Reverse cycle aircond. This room is extremely comfortable
and Romantic, suitable for 2 adults, and has Sunrise views over the
valley.

The Cupid Room

This is a large suite including a Queen bedroom plus ensuite and raised Spa Bath. Adjoining is a full lounge room with open fire, chaise lounge, and lots of cushions. The breakfast area is located to capture the view and has its own fridge, condiments and treats included. A continental breakfast hamper is provided. The suite is fully air conditioned with T.V., DVD, with a selection to view.

The Flower Room

This is a large room with beautiful queen setting and lounge with T.V., DVD, with a selection to view. The breakfast area captures the views and has its own fridge, condiments, and treats included. A continental breakfast hamper is provided. The space is fully air conditioned with its own bathroom.

Attached is an additional room to cater for a group or family.

Please enquire as to availability so we can guarantee a room. All enquiries are considered urgent and replied to within 24 hrs. On acceptance a deposit of 50% is required via Visa, M/C, and balance on check in.

In the unfortunate case of a cancellation, 7 days notice must be received for a refund of your deposit , or another booking made for a future date.
